- Conduct research and analysis on best practices in organization development.
- Assist in the design and implementation of organization-wide change management initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of talent management programs.
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various organizational development projects.
- Contribute to the development of communication materials related to organization development initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation of the new HR system
- Assist in generating reports, dashboards via usage of excel and power BI.
- Bachelor's Degree - Industrial Engineer
- Strong interest in organization development and talent management.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks and projects.
- Duration: 6 months
- This internship is under the Tamheer program offered by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
- Applicants must be Saudi nationals and not enrolled in GOSI for the past 6 months
