For our customer located in Neuchatel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a: BDS Logistics Admin Assistant (m/f/d)

Tasks & ResponsibilitiesCONTEXT:The Administration Support group is responsible for providing the necessary support to the various Manufacturing groups, to ensure that materials are supplied to customers in terms of quantity, quality and on time. The main responsibilities of the Logistics Assistant are to collect/encode batch data in Discoverant, and provide the necessary forms for recording production data.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • 70% Encode and reconcile BDS batch data in the Discoverant manufacturing data base.
  • 20% Encodes and reconciles materials used in the manufacture of production batches, as well as batches produced via the JDE system.
Authorized to sign system transaction reports (TER). Ensure monthly financial closing: verify that all batches produced during the month are closed in the JDE system, before midnight of the last day of the month. * 10 % Ensure archiving of Log Books, MBRs and other production forms. May be required to update production area procedures on a daily basis.Update documents as Owner of specificationsMust HavesKey/critical skills:
  • CFC or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry in Production or Quality.
  • Knowledge of the GMP environment
  • Autonomy, ability to manage priorities and stress in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to make decisions and take initiatives in line with priorities.
Languages and skills :
  • French (default language)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English an asset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package (Office 365)
  • Good knowledge of at least one of the following software packages: JDE/ E1 ; Discoverant ; LIMS
