- Salary - £25,000 to £27,000 per annum.
- Hours of work – Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm and a 14:00pm finish on Friday.

- Utilise MS Excel to create pricing spreadsheets.
- Create and submit quotations and tender documents.
- Submit required Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ’s).
- Carry out general admin duties.
- Ensure company database is kept up to date.
- Ensure delivery dates are met in accordance with customer requirements.
- Be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries.
- (Essential) GCSE Equivalent in Maths & English.
- Proficient with MS Excel, VLookups and Pivot Tables.
- Key attention to detail.
- (Preferred) Experience with Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ’s).
- (Preferred) Experience dealing with the Construction industry.
- Professional telephone manner.
