- Ability to propose, get business endorsement and subsequently launch and manage a plan that best enables Rolls-Royce SMR to achieve a long-term or overall aim, leveraging our strengths and mitigating our weaknesses.
- Ability to systematically identify, analyse and implement actions that will develop trusted relationships with new customers, and enhance relationships with existing customers.
- You will be a technically minded, able to work alone, as well as part of an integrated team with shared vision in a flexible and agile working environment. You should also be able to identify the root causes of both internal and customer problems and develop effective and / or innovative solutions.
- Practical experience of senior external relationship management with commercial and Governmental organisations, ideally within the nuclear industry and / or the energy industry setting is highly beneficial, though candidates from other industries such as aerospace and marine will be considered.
- You will have excellent communication skills with a proven record of public speaking and engagement with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a semi or non-expert audience.
