- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position within the hospitality industry, ideally in in-room dining or a similar food and beverage department.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in handling POS systems and basic computer applications for order processing and inventory management.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including proper table settings, presentation techniques, and menu offerings.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve performance targets and uphold service standards.
- Dedication to providing personalized guest experiences, anticipating needs, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the operational needs of the department.
