Parts Advisor - HullWe are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at our Hull Depot. You will have a minimum of 2 years commercial parts experience ideally within a franchised dealership.Salary: £24,500k to £27,000k + Bonus39 hours per week Monday to Friday, (Overtime rates paid at time & half, averaging 6 hours per week)You must provide the highest standard of quality and service; build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers. You will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, ordering specialist parts, undertaking inventory checks to ensure all parts are delivered and are correct.
You will be expected to maintain your own product knowledge and awareness of promotions etc.Main Duties:
·Handle the day-to-day running of the stores.
·Receipting in and booking out of parts
·Serve both the front and back counter.
·Booking parts to job cards and checking over job cards
·Carrying out perpetual stock checks
·Completing reports when required
·Handle warranty and surcharge partsIt is key that you have the following:
·Excellent customer service skills dealing with internal and external customers
·Ability to provide sound advice and guidance on products and parts
·Attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately and promptly
·Knowledge of stock control
·Team player
·Fork lift truck licence (desirable)About us
