- Prepare classroom for each class and deliver the presentation of the course materials to the customers.
- Maintain the Bell Training Academy shop areas in a clean and orderly appearance.
- Develop and deliver specialized courses for customers, develop a rapport with the customer base, which includes US based and international customers.
- Work with the Training Systems Development team to update or build courseware as needed.
- Travel required to present aircraft courses both in the US and Internationally.
- Must possess an FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate.
- Bring 3 years of flight line experience maintaining and troubleshooting on Bell products.
- Skilled at using MS Office software.
- Ability to prioritize work, strong customer comes first attitude, and a positive team player.
- Excellent communicator that must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, and brief leaders/peers.
- We are looking for a self-starter, outgoing people person, presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Bell aircraft including maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with a Major in Manufacturing or related field.
