- Manage multiple interior design projects from start to completion
- Design and oversee concept through furniture, lighting, and material finish selections
- Create presentation boards, renderings, and mock-ups
- Obtain quotes, purchase orders, and invoices
- Maintain budgets and purchase registers
- Write FFE specs
- Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and consultants effectively and efficiently, maintaining strong communication throughout the process to completion
- Create and review CAD furniture plans and bespoke furniture drawings, etc.
- Oversee shipping, storage, delivery, installation of items, and site visits
- Interior design degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Significant high-end residential experience with contemporary, multi-cultural interiors that include vintage and period furnishings and details in contemporary contexts and spaces
- Experience with custom-bespoke furniture
- Excellent presentation skills and relationship building skills; ability to interact with clients and manage expectations
- Proficiency with AutoCad, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Suite. SketchUp, 3DMax or Rhino a plus.
