Performs the day to day administrative functions on PS-1 for the Offshore Operations Teams under the direction of the OIS. Maintains all current documentation as part of the risk management suite of procedures, etc. and conducts, in conjunction with onshore administration, hotel management and logistical administrative arrangements.Principal Accountabilities
1. Primarily receive assignments from the OIS, and self-directed efforts.
2. Perform the day-to-day administrative functions on PS-1 for the Offshore Operations Teams to ensure effective delivery of Production and Maintenance.
3. Maintain all current documentation as part of the risk management suite of procedures to ensure accuracy and a safe system of work.
4. Liaise with Halul PWHF, WHM, IS Onshore Offices – (Ops, FAC, HES Depts.) for all operational documentation requirements to ensure accuracy and a safe system of work.
5. Attend all requested PS1 station meetings and produce Minutes of Meeting documents in a timely manner and convene all required wash-up meetings to ensure lessons learnt are tracked and implemented to improve safety and operational performance.
6. Document and record all Emergency Response minutes, logs and Action Lists of all wash-up meetings to ensure lessons learnt are tracked and implemented to improve safety and operational performance.
7. Conduct, in conjunction with onshore administration, hotel management and logistical administrative arrangements in order to provide effective budgeting and planning.
8. In the event of a station emergency, assume role as designated by OIS, for example: Radio Operator or Minutes taker in order to support against event escalation.
9. Maintain all documentation to their current status in the designated offices in order to maintain accuracy and a safe system of work.
10. Assist the Operations Superintendent with the running of the competency program in order to ensure that personal competency records are up to date.
11. Update and maintain duty roster for all PS-1 / Halul personnel in order to ensure effective operationsDecision Making Authority
The Technical Clerk is a key member of the operations team and acts under general supervision of the Offshore Installation Superintendent and using own initiative. Any suggested recommendations shall be subject to review and endorsement by the OIS.Context / Special Features / Challenges
