• Supporting and coordinating with internal team to negotiate and conclude leases.
• Providing continuity with current brand partners to build strong long-term relationships
• Researching new trends and new brands to develop business opportunities.
• Prospecting and selling financial, commercial, and legal terms to close deals with strategically identified brands
• Negotiating new contracts with brands and providing required financial analysis
• Working closely with internal legal team on changes to agreements and brand compliance issues, as well as liaising with external advisors on leasing and legal issues

• At least 5-year experience in the commercial real estate field
• Legal knowledge and ability to negotiate leases
• Excellent business development, negotiation and networking skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin required
