IMPLEMENTATION and PROVISIONING Implementation of technical and system administrative solutions for projects and operational needs. Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, hardening etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. Install and configure system monitoring, incident management, service & availability management and security management tools Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures. Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale. OPERATIONS and SUPPORT Provide support for incident management. Knowledge and experience in managing PKI and Digital Certificate Knowledge and experience in administering Microsoft 365 Enterprise Services Knowledge and experience in administering VMWare environment. Provide support for Virtual and CLOUD Environment Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled automated jobs. Perform regular system monitoring to identify any possible problems or intrusions. Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary. Investigate and troubleshoot issues independently or work with vendors to achieve fast resolution. Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted parties. Provide support and upkeep the Disaster Recovery setup MAINTENANCE Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary. Upgrade and configure system software that supports infrastructure applications per project or operational needs. Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures. Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning. Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required. Perform security review, security hardening according to standards and security vulnerability remediation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Management. Have a relevant experience of above 6 years on Windows Server Management. Hands-on experience on Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, Wintel high availability solution (Clustering) and cloud-based platforms. Hands-on experience in new system setup, system hardening and basic infrastructure system tools.
