Job Description : Maintain excellent, one-on-one, inter-personal relations with all AND learners and alumni Formulate a student affairs & alumni relations strategy in consultation with other stakeholders Plan, implement and drive programmes, events and initiatives, in collaboration with other departments and teams, to deepen learners and alumni's ambassadorship towards AND Academy, and help them give back to the institution and other aspiring designers Multi-task effectively to meet agreed deadlines, and maintain efficient reporting so that progress can be reviewed Qualification : At least 4 years of work experience, preferably in the same field or a closely related one. Experience in the education sector and the design sector will be strongly preferred. Any internship / work experience in student affairs / alumni relations, or in the design / education sectors will be a major advantage Exceptional inter-personal skills, and a passion for interacting with people Excellent written and spoken communication skills Ability to persuade effectively, interact diplomatically and think on one's feet Ability to take feedback constructively and use it to continuously improve one's work Strong general IT skills, including email, calendar, document processing and spreadsheets Self-motivation, professional integrity and attention to detail Team player with an excellent attitude Graduate / postgraduate degree from a reputed institution. Education background in design will be strongly preferred. Work Timings: 09.00 am - 06.00 pm (Monday to Friday) 10.00 am - 05.00 pm (Sat) (2 Sat week off) Work Location: B26, Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi Remuneration: As per industry standards and commensurate with skills & qualifications
