- Adding new vehicles to the fleet database
- Ordering, cancelling and sending out fuel cards to the drivers
- Running reports for chasing MOTs and updating the system once booked
- Processing purchase orders for payments
- Ensuring that the driver and vehicle records are both added and removed, for example, licenses (chasing updated pictures etc), DVLA checks, and all Health & Safety records
- Update driver fines and ensure these are monitored on the system (ensure the driver has paid)
- Book vehicle rentals and hires
- Invoice drivers for vehicle damage when required
- Assisting with invoices
- Possess an excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills
- Methodical approach and an excellent eye for detail
- Willing to take on new tasks, working individually and within a team environment
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Patient and professional with internal and external contacts
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Logistics experience, working within the automotive industry
- Knowledge of, or is enthusiastic about vehicles
