- Define the Digital Marketing strategy: identification of goals & KPIs, definition of audiences, identification of channels and buying types, initial investment split, definition of value propositions, creative contexts and conception of the strategic approach.
- Client Management: manage relationships with teams and clients and define priorities.
- Coordinate and delegate to the team the setup, implementation and structuring of campaigns on the different platforms: Google Ads (Paid Search, PMax, GDN, Demand Gen, Youtube), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), Display, Affiliation and other existing biddable platforms.
- Presentations: ability to construct narratives based on concrete data, aimed at solving problems (good oral expression skills will be valued).
- Be able to discover tracking needs to ensure the measurement of all digital marketing activities.
- Design of creative formats plan, creative guidance (value propositions + creative contexts), validation of requirements and approval of creative formats.
- Monitoring/optimization of digital marketing campaigns considering the defined KPIs and management of automated rules.
- Understanding of dashboards with aggregation of data from different sources (extraction, processing and presentation) and ability to extract relevant information to support decision-making.
- Report the results generated by Digital Marketing actions with quantitative and qualitative data.

- 3 years' experience leading a team and clients.
- Track record in leading, motivating and developing teams.
- Know-how in implementing, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on Digital Marketing campaigns and solid knowledge of Analytics and attribution models.
- Focus on clients' business and clear understanding of the definition and control of KPIs.
- Experience using tools related to Digital Marketing activity (e.g. Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Campaign Manager, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Power Point, etc).
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or Marketing degree (preferred).
