The HSE Engineer shall be the key reference for all topics with regards to health, safety, security and environment as part of a operation and maintenance contract development.Therefore, he/she will- Develop all the HSE documentation required as part of the operation and maintenance of a new petrochemical unit: HSE Training, Audit, Incident investigation, Permit to work, Statistics/KPI, Emergency manuals, Access control, Hazardous materials management, environment plan, Isolation, Escape Route, Waste management, Air quality, Noise control, Social responsibility, Disaster management,- Participate to HAZOP and HAZID reviews,- Act as the HSE main lead and interface for the O&M development project,- Review and comment all the HSE procedures provided by the Construction Contractor during the unit development and construction,- Prepare the Operation and Maintenance annual service HSE recommendations and instructions,- Actively contribute to the O&M development project success,- Support the Operation and Maintenance project manager for any HSE topics.Votre profil- several year experience in HSE documentation writing and validation,- experience in petrochemical units.Travailler chez SPIENous vous offrons...Choisir SPIE Global Services Energy, c'est se donner la possibilité :1.
