- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions- Completing PQQs.- Audits and Accreditation Compliance
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention
- Provide safety training and education programs to employees to promote a culture of safety awareness
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training activities
- Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct drillsExperience
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field OR
- Proven experience as a Safety Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
