- Primary duties will include maintaining a well-functioning office environment, planning/coordinating events, serving our investors and teammates needs, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Keeping the office running well, including: Organizing, procuring, decorating, and maintaining.
- Plan and Organize internal and external events, socials, and annual celebrations/meetings.
- Coordinate/Perform administrative tasks, including document template management, shipment processing, recruitment support, new staff welcome packages, and inter-office visit coordination.
- Support senior leadership in various ad-hoc facets, including occasional scheduling, procurement, and errands.
- Coordinate digital signatures.
- Coordinate and manage investor and team gifts/swag, and annual holiday cards process.
- Manage brand presence including Bexorg's website and any social media accounts.
- Highschool diploma/GED; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum two years experience in an administrative/support role for the biotechnology industry or related field.
- Knowledge and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self motivated and self starter work ethic.
- Positive attitude, high-energy, and a team-oriented mindset with a belief that no job is too small or too big.
