What you will do: Coordinate dimensional inspection requests from divisions and external suppliers, ensuring alignment with local capabilities. Operate various lab equipment including CMM Machine, VMM Machine, Contour Tracer3D Scanner, and Harness Tester. Coordinate design, development, and implementation of complex CMM programs. Conduct Measurement System Analysis, CMM Inspection, and Layout Inspection of Parts. Identify and assess technical capabilities of new suppliers. Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution of inspection requests at supplier's end. Facilitate technical discussions and finalize quality and timeline commitments with external suppliers. Interpret technical requirements and liaise with external suppliers accordingly. Perform incoming inspection of samples, prototypes, and items from external suppliers or divisional teams. Generate reports on KPIs related to outsourcing activity. Develop procedures, guidelines, and SOPs as necessary. Adapt to work individually or as part of a team. Stay updated on metrology technology to meet technical device roadmaps. Develop and update Work Instructions for Metrology Lab according to standards (ISO17025, ISO13485) What you will need: Bachelor's/master's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline 5+ years of relevant work experience.
