- Supports Sales Manager & Head Of Specialist Channel & Team for achievement of main Sales KPI's and effective decision making with daily, weekly, monthly reports (sales parameters monitorization, individual & team performance, stock levels, customer-channel performance etc) and requested ad-hoc analysis
- Ensures full product availability at all distributors, coordinating all ordering & shipment processes by constantly keeping in touch with Distributor Order Management Staff, Nestlé Customer Services, Sales Operations and Supply Chain. For limited products performs quota allocation between distributors, coordinates and follows quota usage.
- Ensuring distributor adherence to monthly primary sales plan
- Collection and consolidation of requested data from the field team
- Preparation of monthly accruals (for trade spends)
- Analysing monthly sales outcomes through scorecards for creating opportunities in the distributor & region & channel
- Collection of monthly TTS (Trader Tax Status) invoices from the distributors, forwarding those to accounting with payment orders
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 1-2 years field sales experience
- Strong analytical skills Capability to interpreting sales reports
- Ability to perform in a highly dynamic, fast pace environment requiring multitasking & correct prioritization
- Ability to work in a close team environment with fast adaptation of communication style according to audience
