
Senior Analytics Engineer (x/f/m)

- Build, maintain, and evolve data products that provide insights and support decision-making across Doctolib
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs
- Explore data to validate business rules
- Evaluate complexity
- Define specifications and develop them
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment (constraints, business rules, timeline, project updates)
- Project management (project split, grooming, timeline)
- Monitor the product (test and measure)
- Continuous improvement
- Define and implement high level reporting (KPI definitions, Dashboards creation and maintenance)
- Define roadmaps in collaboration with PMs and stakeholders
- Ensure data products quality (monitoring), security (GDPR, legal, infrastructure security), and availability (code optimization, performance monitoring, architecture optimization)
- Stakeholders guidance, empower data self-service to your stakeholders (train and advice)
- Work with Business/Engineering teams to challenge the needs
- Build and maintain data pipelines (Python)
- Build and maintain datamarts in Redshift/BigQuery (SQL)
- Build dashboards for the high level reporting (Tableau)
- Monitor the quality of the data provided
- Be a key player to improve our architecture
- ETL : Airflow / DBT

- Have at least 5 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, BI Engineer, Data Engineer or a similar role
- Love to use SQL and know Redshift/BigQuery and/or PostgreSQL
- Have some knowledge of Python
- Have already used BI tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Superset, Power BI with a functional understanding of functional aspects of data (Sales, Finance, Web Analytics, Product)
- Have experience in code hosting platform (we are using GitHub)
- Have good communication skills, are results-oriented and proactive and always willing to learn
- Already worked with business teams and challenged their needs
- Speak both French & English
- Have experience with DBT
- Have experience with GCP environment
- Have experience with Airflow and Dagster
- Are familiar with the GDPR regulations
