  • Produce, direct, and design multimedia content using video, photography, audio and graphics for customer stories, external social videos, product marketing videos, internal company announcement videos, and other enterprise-wide projects.
  • Develop multimedia content that can be displayed across a variety of platforms, including but not limited to Lytx.com, live events, social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Oversee and execute all elements of pre-production, production and post-production for video assets, including selection and hiring of additional external crew, talent, and agencies.
  • Consult with internal clients to review and/or develop creative proposals, determine objectives, priorities, timeline, budget implications for the project, and determine correct format presentation of material(s) for a target audience.
  • Work cross-functionally with project owners and copywriters to lead storyboarding and script development based on the creative brief.
  • Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over
  • Make technical and creative decisions regarding such elements as shooting angles, shot framing, and placement and type of audio equipment.
  • Manage source footage and project file archive locally and in the cloud, as well as publishing to CMS platform.
What You’ll Need:
  • 5+ years of experience at either an agency or as part of in-house creative team managing external agencies or resources
  • Experience producing creative content with a high-quality, highly designed aesthetic
  • Thorough knowledge of video editing & design trends and proficiency with Adobe CC, with emphasis on Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Frame.io
  • Technical acumen & experience to be able to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other professional production equipment
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in various stages of production – from creative brief to storyboarding, scriptwriting, casting, production, internal client reviews, editing and delivery of final cut
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to establish project deliverables & timelines
  • Written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and an aptitude for making quick, quality decisions

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
