Spanish Speaking Customer Support for Financial Services Role Description As a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for Financial Services, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients. Your daily responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing comprehensive support and guidance on financial products and services, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
