- Drive Customer Acquisition and Retention: Implement initiatives to attract new customers while ensuring high retention rates among existing ones.
- Establish Sales Processes and Systems: Develop efficient sales processes and utilise the existing CRM to manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Lead Sales Team: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and setting clear performance targets.
- Customer Success Management: Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- International Expansion: Develop and execute strategies for expanding into new international markets within Higher Education.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to achieve revenue objectives.
