A Head of Marketing is required to pioneer the personal care category in a new market with the objective of maximising brand awareness, establishing market share and optimizing product profitability.

Functioning as a brand owner by strategizing and developing the brand's growth plans through strong brand building activities. Skilled at localising ATL, BTL and NPDs.
Ability to build and manage a team.
Adept at brand building and ideation from scratch, while integrating a holistic integrated marketing communications touchpoint after studying the local nuances.
Stronghold in incorporating consumer insights Nielsen & Kantar, sensitive to competitor activities to keep abreast of marketing trends.
Manage A&P budgetary planning to ensure optimum ROI across markets.
Adept at reporting brand performance and plans to key stakeholders.
