- You will be the relationship owner and primary contact for Mace executive team engagement, and responsible for ensuring efficient governance to achieve our strategic priorities.
- You will be responsible for key client relationship management, and converting the client’s vision into a deliverable onsite plan.
- You will have full budgetary oversight and ensure operations are fiscally and ethically viable, and meet organisational and legislative compliance obligations.

- You will provide expert technical advice and leadership support to Delivery Teams, creating a culture of ownership, promoting roles and responsibilities.
- Delivering project technical strategies while providing administrative and discipline specific support and oversight to the OnCorr project technical management office activities to ensure coordination of efforts and successful completion.
- Executing objectives and controlling activities during the development and implementation phases of the OnCorr project in conjunction with managers and project teams.
- Managing and contributing technical recommendations to the pre-construction process by reviewing all plans, and associated documents to ensure optimal coordination of projects throughout the RER network.
- Developing recommendations for proposed projects consistent with strategic plan and business objectives.
- Implementing standards and managing critical paths/milestones, by monitoring mechanisms for projects.
- Reporting regularly to director on project status.
- Managing conflicts effectively to ensure resolution is reached with minimum disruption to workflow.
- Tracking issues and manages the investigation of potentially serious situations that could impede the overall quality and management of projects and implements corrective measures.
- Making contingency recommendations to minimize negative cost impacts.
- Degree in applied science, engineering or a related discipline – or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent.
- Project management experience related to the design, and construction and assurance of heave passenger rail transit systems in a brown field environment and related works.
- Knowledge of railway corridor infrastructure and related construction projects.
- Valid professional engineering license recognized by the professional engineers of Ontario (PEO) or equivalent qualification.
