THE ROLEAs the Executive Assistant - HR & Legal, you will provide high-level administrative support to two Executive Committee members, ensuring smooth coordination and operational efficiency.You will manage scheduling, communications, and project coordination while handling sensitive information with discretion.This role requires excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail to support the leadership team effectively.
OPPORTUNITIES
- Executive Support & Coordination
- You will manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- You will act as a key point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- You will prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
- Administrative Operations
- You will handle confidential documents and ensure proper documentation management.
- You will assist with internal and external communication on behalf of the executives.
- You will organize and maintain records, reports, and correspondence.
- Project & Task Management
- You will support key strategic initiatives by tracking project deadlines and deliverables.
- You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress on executive priorities.
