Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Determine the company's goals, vision, and strategic mission and analyze the internal and external organizational environment to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in marketing and sales management.
- Preparing and developing marketing and sales plans, organizing sales activity, and monitoring and evaluating sales and marketing activities
- Developing the executive plan for the sales department to serve the company's general strategic plan, and ensuring the implementation of this plan by ensuring the progress of the marketing and sales department's work.
- Determine the department's needs for sales, marketing and distribution representatives, their qualifications, needs, training and qualification.
- Estimating the marketing department's budget
- Increasing the company's market share in target markets to achieve a competitive advantageJob duties:
- Planning sales activity, which includes participating in setting goals and drawing up sales policies within the company, such as policies for products (auto parts), providing recommendations regarding their development and introducing new products or services, policies for prices, distribution, advertising, promotion, communication with target markets, and defining the vision and strategic message.
- Organizing sales activities, which includes organizing sales efforts through developing an effective organizational structure of sales, marketing and distribution representatives and supervisors and defining tasks for each individual in the marketing department.
- Implementing the sales activities that were identified in the strategic plan for sales and marketing policies
- Supervising the efforts of sales, marketing, distribution and advertising personnel and directing them properly
- Coordinating sales activities with other departments such as purchasing, warehouses, production, and finance
- Monitoring and evaluating sales activities, including defining sales areas, determining the paths of salesmen, setting sales quotas, receiving reports on sales activity, evaluating the results reached, and taking appropriate corrective measures to raise and develop the level of performance...etc.
- Participate in selecting and hiring salesmen in terms of analyzing and describing the work, and determining the required qualifications
- Determine the training needs of salespeople and the type of training required for each individual
- Motivating salesmen by identifying different motivational methods and constantly searching for rewards that stimulate the efforts of salesmen and increase their efficiency
- Evaluating the efforts of the salesmen in terms of identifying effective and objective evaluation models to reach a logical judgment on the performance of the salesmen
- Writing contracts and agreements and establishing practical foundations for pricing policies, discounts, and cash and term collection
- Develop plans and draw up sales and marketing policies in cooperation with the CEO and senior management, setting sales goals and objectives and developing strategies that achieve these goals.
- Establishing a database on markets, competitors, geographic regions and their distributions
- Develop direct marketing programs and supervise their implementation by contacting advertising agencies, and developing plans for promotion, advertising, and sales offers in coordination with senior management.
- Conduct marketing research, study the market share of the company and competitors, and follow up on competitors' conditions, strategies, and new developments in the market.
- Working to increase market share by increasing the volume and developing the company's sales
- Constantly searching for new clients, communicating with them, and maintaining strong relationships with them
- Participate in negotiations with agents and distributors
- Identifying sales areas to benefit from the largest number of customers, and dividing the market into sectors
- Follow up, evaluate and measure the performance of salesmen and improve their skills
- Follow up on after-sales service and constant communication with customers and respond to their requirements
- Submitting detailed periodic reports on the marketing achievements and problems to senior management, the obstacles facing the department, and proposals for their solutions.
