Customize training programs to address the specific needs and challenges of our customer support team, ensuring relevance and effectiveness. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Collaborate with departmental managers and team leaders to identify training needs and prioritize areas for skill development. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant progress, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Skills And Expertise 5+ years of experience Proven experience as a soft skills trainer, Preferably from the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of fundamental soft skills concepts and principles, with the ability to effectively teach and reinforce these skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver interactive training programs that drive measurable improvements in performance and productivity.
