- 2+ years of fitness membership sales or similar recurring membership services
- Confident in generating personal sales and training team members on sales processes
- Ability to manage and grow 4 revenue streams: memberships, package sales, retail, and fees
- Must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
- Ability to excel and adapt in a fast changing, diverse environment
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement

- Proficiency with computers, CRMs, POS, and other studio management softwares
- Align with studio owner’s daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
- Lead generation including grassroots marketing, external prospecting, and community networking
- Align with GM in Implementing sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes
- Membership sales including overcoming objections and prospect follow up
- Assist GM in managing staff schedule and holding team accountable for daily KPI execution
- Directly communicate and coordinate with all vendors
- Assist GM in auditing sales process to ensure proper execution
- Assist GM in identifying areas of opportunity in the sales process and developing training curriculum to ensure improvement of team member skill-sets
- Ensuring studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts ▪ Supervise, train, and develop Sales Associate team
- Assist GM in hiring, managing, and training team members
- Display proficiency in ClubReady, including revenue & attendance reports
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service situations
- Collect outstanding membership dues and resolve membership billing errors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Enforce BFT’s policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio supplies are stocked
- Schedule and participate in lead generation and networking events
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to deliver lead goals for the studio
- Any other duties as assigned
- This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on experience & performance
- Commission paid on individual sales
