- Advanced university degree (Masters' degree or equivalent) in Management, Medicine Sciences, Public Health, Social Science, or related field is required, or
- A first-level university degree (Bachelor's degree) in the areas mentioned above in combination with additional two years of qualifying experience will be given due consideration in lieu of Master's degree.
- Minimum 2 years (with Master's degree) or 4 years (with Bachelor's degree) of relevant experience in the field of public health, social policy or local governance.
- Experience in reform (preferably health sector), advisory and advocacy services, and capacity development would be considered an advantage.
- Work experience with international agencies, including UN, national governmental institutions, civil society organizations will be considered an advantage.
- Experience of cooperation with national and local authorities, communities, educational and healthcare institutions will be an asset.
- Experience in delivering trainings, workshops, seminars will be an asset.
- Planning and organizing, self-management, communication, problem solving and teamwork.
- Working with Evidence and Data - Ability to analyze necessary data and statistical information, informing conclusions and supporting decision-making will be an asset.
- Gender Mainstreaming - Knowledge of gender issues and the ability to apply to strategic and/or practical situations, including analysis and implementation of projects from a gender perspective is an asset.
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Ukrainian is required for local staff.
