FP&A controlling of A&P Brick & Mortar, SG&A, HC, CAPEX, Non-Recurring Costs, boutiques for the Luxe Division Worldwide, in connection with the Zones and Corporate Departments and on the behalf of the Luxe Division CFO (N+2) and International FP&A Director (N+1).The Senior Controller is a member of the Retail Management Committee of the Division.As the Division will be undertaking important and complex SG&A projects, a senior profile is needed. The senior required analysis will identify all the implications of the projects and will provide to the top management the documented information to trigger decisions.The senior controller will as well take part through implementing some of the projects.1) Consolidation
  • Monthly closing, trends, pre-budget and budget consolidation of the scope
  • Controlling the accuracy of data and that the accounting and management norms have been respected
  • Validation of the Reporting et publication: book, synthesis
  • Implementation of KPIs, adaptation of the reporting tools on an agile mode so they reflect division's perimeter evolution and new challenges
  • Permanent improvement of the COSTS and PLB modules
  • Integration of the new Brands
2) Analyses
  • Analysis of the P&L and of the indicators (COSTS600, budgetary natures…)
  • Follow-up of targets respect / achievement (golden rule, weight of CAPEX on B&M sales, etc.)
  • Assessment and alert on the risks & opportunities
  • Writing of synthesis for the CFO and CEO of the Division: country visits, closing, budget and trends
  • Preparation of Suivi de Gestion meetings with Group General Management
  • Financial analysis and BP of the Division's organization projects.
3) Other contributions
  • Adhoc analysis
  • Creation of relevant KPI to improve performance, using the new IT tools.
  • Animation of the Retail financial information to the Retail Management Committee
  • Financial expertise and necessary BP with the Retail Management Committee
  • Animation and or contribution of some dedicated Division's change projects
  • Animation with N+1 and N+2 of one dedicated zone: full P&L and indicators
  • Contribution to Group norms changes
HARD AND SOFT SKILLS :
  • Full proficiency in English - French is a plus.
  • Office Pack
  • Knowledge of finance controlling tools: COMPASS, Magnitude and BO/WEBI
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial norms
  • Autonomy, organizational skills, down-to-hearth, tenacious, curiosity and quick learning capacity
  • Ability to work with large and various interlocutors and to create an efficient network.
  • Capability to manage complex and numerous information, to synthetize it and to generate alert when drifting from target.
  • Likes to work in teams, using negotiation skills and project management competences.
