- Manage the full spectrum of daily HR operations including staff recruitment, C&B administration, employee relations and performance management.
- Formulate, review and implement HR & Administration policies and procedures and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Manage the general office administrative functions.
- Any ad hoc projects as assigned.
- University graduate major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in all-around human resources management with 3 years in managerial position.
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance & HR practices and regulations.
- Knowledge of Macau Labour Law and regulations an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player. Proactive and dedicated to work with positive attitude.
- Able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
