Roles / Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of daily HR operations including staff recruitment, C&B administration, employee relations and performance management.
  • Formulate, review and implement HR & Administration policies and procedures and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Manage the general office administrative functions.
  • Any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • University graduate major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in all-around human resources management with 3 years in managerial position.
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance & HR practices and regulations.
  • Knowledge of Macau Labour Law and regulations an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player. Proactive and dedicated to work with positive attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
