- Keep IT guidance documentation updated and readily available for reference in IT Technical Forums.
- Possess basic knowledge of LAN/WAN/IP network technologies and protocols.
- Exhibit good IT asset and technical competence.
- Understand trouble ticketing approaches and systems.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
