The purpose for this position is to effectively work within the Local IT team by participating in the daily work and supporting the VOIS EU users in any IT related issues withing the EU region. To keep contact with the business, the Global Technology teams and counterparts taking part of the internal tasks and processes of the Local IT Operations team.We are looking for Specialist IT Operation Lead to:
  • Resolve service request and incident tickets promptly.
  • Manage IT asset repair and replacement efficiently.
  • Configure new assets and install OS and applications with precision.
  • Provide dedicated support for defined applications.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies.
  • Support various IT areas including video conferencing, telephony solutions, room booking systems, and printing solutions.
  • Seamlessly integrate IT topics into internal communication channels.
  • Actively contribute to network improvement and maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain regular communication and collaboration with Group IT teams.
  • Keep IT guidance documentation updated and readily available for reference in IT Technical Forums.
  • Possess basic knowledge of LAN/WAN/IP network technologies and protocols.
  • Exhibit good IT asset and technical competence.
  • Understand trouble ticketing approaches and systems.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independntly.
