- Conduct initial consultations for businesses exploring the transition to EOT ownership.
- Prepare comprehensive feasibility analyses, outlining potential transaction structures and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including:
- SME businesses and their leadership
- External referral sources (lawyers, accountants)
- Professional associations and trade bodies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to secure speaking and seminar opportunities for the firm's legal and corporate finance professionals.
- Work collaboratively with internal colleagues to ensure seamless client experience.
- Minimum five years experience in transactional work
- Proven track record of providing EOT services to the SME sector.
- In-depth knowledge of business planning and transitions.
- Strong understanding of tax implications relevant to EOT structures (advantageous).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
