- Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement and drives marketing plan or roadmap & monitor the budget to be spending wisely to align with business plan of the company.
- Management of online social platforms: Manage and maintenance of internal various websites and social media platforms. Liaise with internal IT and outsource website host.
- Management of offline marketing initiatives : Design and produce marketing materials; powerpoints and proposals with graphics & content; market research & write up message for products and solutions; co-ordinate on various exhibitions and able to host client events.
- PR and Video arrangement: Collaborate with agencies or internal marketing team to support video production and post company message to public media.
- Strong in Communication: Cross-functional Collaboration and work closely with different levels to produce professional presentation materials for supporting Presales and sales teams to product and solutions implementation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that marketing materials comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Substantial experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Information Technology industry.
- Ability to work independently on various social platforms and tasking subordinates to deliver work products as desired by management.
- Responsible for media planning, budgeting, event management.
- Familiar with the operation of Linkedin / Instagram & Social media, manage Advertising strategy through digital platform, e.g Youtube / Google etc.
- Guide social media strategy for professional IT products and service, including strategy for B2B communication
- Planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating annual marketing plan
- Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Communication or related discipline.
- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office , special for Powerpoint design
- 5 years of relevant experience in digital and event marketing
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Creative, responsible, analytical and self-motivated
- Knowledge of digital platforms for marketing purposes and Web Analytics tools.
