- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and goals
- Serve as the main point of contact for senior-level stakeholders within client organizations
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, maximizing revenue generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and services that meet client expectations
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing strategic insights and recommendations
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on account performance, highlighting areas for improvement and growth
- 4+ proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on strategic account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior account managers
