As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing key client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and goals
  • Serve as the main point of contact for senior-level stakeholders within client organizations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, maximizing revenue generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and services that meet client expectations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing strategic insights and recommendations
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on account performance, highlighting areas for improvement and growth
Requirements
  • 4+ proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on strategic account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior account managers
