. * Production Operations Management:
  • Meet all customer commitments through the production of high-quality products respecting GMP guidelines..
  • Ensures that all work processed in production department follows their relevant procedures.
  • Organize workflow according to workload to meet delivery schedule and to complete assigned jobs.
  • Maintain production control records and provide information to stakeholders regarding delivery dates, schedules and operating problems.
  • Prepare, update, and communicate the production schedule.
  • Manage the coordination and control of all jobs/work orders.
  • Assures all staff has the resources are properly utilized in the most optimum efficiency.
  • Apply and adhere to the QMS on the shopfloor, including documentations best practices, change control and CAPAs follow up.
  • People Management:
  • Participate in annual manpower plan.
  • Provide a positive, motivating example for employees.
  • Conduct on-job training or authorize training of production employees.
  • Conduct formal performance reviews per company policy.
  • Oversee all staff scheduling, time off requests and overtime.
  • Has an active role in conflict resolution within production team.
  • Initiate disciplinary measures according to company policy when needed and dismiss production employees when all corrective attempts have failed.
  • Budget Control:
  • Take all necessary actions to manage production costs and improve utilization of resources and budget controlling.
  • Ensure production inventories are conducted and accurate records are maintained.
  • Advise management team on capital improvements needed to increase company productivity.
  • Evaluate production equipment purchases and conduct cost/benefit analyses when needed.
  • Evaluate the obsolescence management plan of the production machines and equipment
  • Performance Management:
  • Nourish the culture of Performance 6Dimensions respecting CSR, SAFETY, ENGAGEMENT, COST, DELIVERT and QUALITY aspects.
  • Schedule, delegate, and ensure performance of all equipment maintenance following maintenance procedures.
  • Collaboration with supply chain department to ensure that proper Service Level.
  • Collaboration with Maintenance department to ensure preventative maintenance of all production equipment are done on time.
  • General & Administration:
  • Maintain team professional appearance that reflects the company's commitment to quality, continuous improvement and respect for individuals.
  • Supervise the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
  • Comply with all safety requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with the Plant Director, the Sales Team, and the Production Team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that production, sales, and customer objectives are met.
  • Follow systems and procedures outlined in the company manuals. Ensure Company policies & procedures are followed.
  • Meet all assigned goals and assist others in accomplishing their goals.
  • Health & Safety:
  • Ensure team adherence to all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations and policies. This includes staying updated with any changes in legislation or company policies.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness through continuous education and communication.
  • Implement a rigorous incident reporting system.
  • Analyze incident trends to identify root causes and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure that emergency equipment and procedures are in place, regularly updated, and well understood by all team members.
  • Set clear EHS objectives for the team and monitor progress.
