Pre-Sales Analyze prospective clients' articulated needs and Camu's current functionalities to provide a clear picture of how Camu can address pain points Conduct technical demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of Camu Collaborate with the product management team to gain in-depth knowledge of your products and services, including user behavior and potential changes that customers would like to see Implementation Co-create project implementation timelines Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions Document client's business requirement and provided clarity to the product development team as needed Conducted regression tests on enhancements delivered to ensure that delivered functionality works as expected, without any bugs Conduct user training for system users Provide guidance on how to configure the system, ensuring it addresses client's needs and improves business operations Support Provide post-implementation support to clients by answering queries, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating resolution to issues encountered Candidates with similar experience and residing in the Philippines may send their CV to hradmin.ph(at)itsmcorp(dot)com.
