Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world.Reimagine What’s PossiblePOSITION SUMMARY （岗位说明）Facility- Gasification Introduction:气化装置介绍The AP Hohhot Syngas Plant is situated at Tuoketuo Industry Park, Tuoketuo county, Hohhot city, Inner Mongolia:空气化工产品（呼和浩特）有限公司合成气装置位于内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市托克托工业园区The AP Hohhot Gasification facility comprises： 2 trains AP Gasification and 3 trains HT-L (each train including Coal Pressurization and Feeding Unit, Gasification and Syngas Cooling Unit, Slag Removal Unit, Wet Scrubbing Unit ,Primary Water Treating Unit) and Gasification Utilities(including N2 & CO2 system, Fuelgas system, Dosing system, Cooling Water system and Process Water system, Steam & Condensate system, etc).空气化工产品（呼和浩特）公司气化装置，包括：2套壳牌气化装置和3套航天炉粉煤气化装置（每列包括煤炭加压和进料装置，气化和合成气冷却装置，除渣装置，洗涤装置，初级水处理装置）和气化公用设施（包括N2和CO2系统，燃料气系统， 加药系统，冷却水系统和工艺用水系统，蒸汽和冷凝水系统等）。Purpose 岗位设置目的The job holder is the Gasification Field Maintenance Control/Instrument Technician and functionally reports to the Maintenance Control/Instrument Engineer Gasification该岗位人员是气化现场仪表维修技术员并且向气化仪表维修工程师汇报。This position is supervised by the Maintenance Control/Instrument Engineer to ensure the safety and quality of all on-site Control/Instrument repairs to the Gasification plant该岗位人员在仪表工程师的领导下监管并确保所有气化装置现场的仪器仪表维修的安全和质量。The Control/Instrument Technician of this position shall ensure the safe and stable operation of chemical production on the premise of ensuring their own safety and others' safety and equipment safety.该岗位的仪表技术员在确保自身安全、他人安全、设备安全的前提下，保证化工生产安全、稳定运行。Nature and Scope 岗位责任范围As a Maintenance Control/Instrument Technician for Purification eacility, You will be responsible for assisting the instrument engineer to safely and effectively perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all instrumentation equipment and related systems. including all field instrumentation, valves, flowmeter, transmitter, control circuit, monitoring, DCS, PLC etc to maintain the continuous operations.作为仪表维修工程师，你将负责协助仪表工程师安全、有效地执行故障排查、维修、维护全部仪控设备和相关系统，包括现场仪表、阀门、流量计、变送器、控制电路、监控、DCS、PLC等工作，以确保设施设备以及工厂的连续稳定运行。Reporting to the job holder are：None向本岗位汇报人员如下：无Immediate ： None直接下属: 0人PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要职责）Ensure the maintenance work to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, BSP and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation. AP公司和地方上的安全、健康和环境的标准，履行强制的安全需要和活动，如:安全 培训、基本安全程序和AP公司其他的安全健康和环境要求。 Control/Instrument Technician in the daily work，Keep yourself safe and others safe. Strictly implement the relevant Control/Instrument safety standards of the country and AP companies to prevent illegal operations. AP公司的相关仪器仪表的安全标准，杜绝违章作业。 Control/Instrument Technician need to implement control/Instrument safety organizational measures and control/Instrument safety technical measures in their daily work.All work must be supported by documents such as tickets
Control/Instrument Technician assist maintenance personnel in daily preventive maintenance and routine maintenance.
Control/Instrument technicians maintain good cooperation with equipment maintenance and Electrical maintenance, and work together to ensure the stability and safety of process equipment.
To be familiar with all control/Instrument equipment in Gasification Facility, ensure all control/Instrument equipment documents integrity and equipment history database, reports recorded in the maintenance system.JOB REQUIREMENTS（岗位要求）Be honest and responsibleCollege degree or above. Fresh graduates in instrument / control engineering related majors or in-service personnel who have been working in instrument / control engineering repair posts for at least one year /控制工程相关专业应届毕业生或在仪表检修岗位上连续工作满一年的在职人员。 Strong learning and communication skills.
