Role Description As a Dutch Customer Experience Associate for bol.com, your primary role will be to provide high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking customers. Your daily tasks will include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat; assisting customers with order processing; and resolving any issues related to our products or services. This is a remote, entry-level position, and no prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
