Job Overview About The Job Role Gainsight is building a world-class team of Engineers with a mandate to architect, design, build, scale, and maintain our cutting-edge customer intelligence repository and to apply 'predictive analytics' techniques to mine the data and discover data patterns & drive insights. Qualifications What We Are Looking For 4-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting Workday HRIS across various modules Willingness to acquire technical knowledge and perform Workday configuration Technical Knowledge: Should have hands on experience on Workday EIB and Business process design and configuration Hands on experience configuring in Workday Modules like HCM, Absence, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking and Security Administration Create functional designs, and process designs (including scenario design, and flow mapping) Maintain business process configuration in Workday based on business requirements, collaborating with partners to determine best practices and ensure transaction effectiveness and audit trails. Knowledge of calculated fields, transformation, and integration security within Workday. Experience in setting up Security roles and Integration security role assignment. Experience in developing custom reports using Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools Preferred:Knowledge of Workday Extend is an added advantage Functional Knowledge: Expertise in configuring Workday with minimal direction, while being the technical lead on People Technology projects. Excellent prioritization, analytical, and collaboration skills with meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
