- Demonstrates clear communication with all clinicians to successfully fill schedules. This includes confirming shifts and rates, where necessary.
- Provides temporary labor sourcing and qualifications review.
- Acts as liaison for orientations and clinical shifts to build and maintain hospital staffing schedules.
- Attends all local and regional calls and represents the Anesthesia service line in a professional manner.
- Acts as the scheduling platform liaison and subject matter expert.
- Partners with Echo recruiters to identify new incoming clinicians as well as maintains ongoing relationships with active temporary clinicians
- Develops successful relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and with clinicians to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer.
- Provides a consultative approach to removing barriers and identifying solutions
- Partners with field operations to drive down and manage temporary labor costs
- Forecasts, evaluates and manages of clinician roster and bench.
- Audits staffing success, KPIs, escalates areas of concern and mitigates risk.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of timesheets.
- Maintains a relationship with Practice Coordinators and Practice Managers regarding the staffing functions.
- Accountable for accurate available to schedule dates (ASDs) for the labor they manage.
- Evaluates W2 contractual shift obligations monthly.
- On-Call: MSM will manage any staffing emergencies that may arise after business hours, to the best of their ability.
- Assists with Terms/Non-starts/Deactivations and any other case requests.
- Educates new Practice Managers and Coordinators regarding the temporary labor process.
- Maintain site schedule needs with local and regional leadership.
- Ensures Practice Managers are following processes and communicates best practices as needed. Escalates to Site Leadership as situations arise.
- Escalates systemic process breakdowns to Director of Operations and Regional Program Manager as needed.
- Remains well versed of temporary labor budget including bi-weekly review to make decisions on forecasting temporary labor needs.

- Associate’s degree, or equivalent combination work experience and education; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a staffing/scheduling position
- Preferred experience: Assisted with and/or completed Go Live or startup
