- Oversee and lead all change management projects, including the researching, implementation and assessment from start to finish
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Apply change management processes and tools to create strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
- Develop change management strategy and gain appropriate buy-in and sign-off
- Conduct an initial assessment to determine the position of the business, and conduct ongoing reviews to facilitate alignment
- Determine and implement change analytics that is measurable to gauge the effectiveness of strategies
- Design suitable communication strategies and build on these, review plans and deliver periodic reports to management.
- Work with other project team members to gather and analyze detailed information about the process design and impact on roles and organizations affected
- Support the impacted businesses/ departments with information and detailed frameworks, where appropriate, to ensure that they can conduct the necessary activities to minimize organizational risks
- Ensure that project/initiative milestones are met and that approved budgets are adhered to
- Ensure all projects have a Change Management workstream as part of the Project Charter and/or Plan before its kickoff
- Manage and promote realistic expectations of the organization concerning new systems and processes, e.g. capabilities, features, etc.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience working in change management, organizational transformation, and program management.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Proven project management success with strong track record of on-time, on-budget and to-specification delivery of projects and experience with sponsor and risk management
- Experience advising senior leaders on the value of and ways to adopt new ideas/practices
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to clearly and articulately identify and define problems and develop creative solutions to address them
- Strong critical thinking and analysis skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Manufacturing Industry knowledge is a plus
