You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, configure solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance & Goals or Learning, coupled with your analytical mindset, will drive efficiencies, and enable us to leverage the full potential of our HR technology stack. We offer a flexible work schedule and a primarily remote work environment. Applicant must reside or be willing to relocate to Travis County or the surrounding area. Travis County does not reimburse relocation expenses.Position SummaryThis position works closely with business process owners to contribute to new developments and improvements to our SAP SuccessFactors system, as well as provide ongoing production support. Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors and technical aptitude is preferred.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.) to align with business processes and best practices.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, empowering them to utilize SAP SuccessFactors effectively.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum RequirementsWhat you will need
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a business related field.
  • Three years of hands-on experience either working with SAP or SuccessFactors or configuring/supporting from a systems standpoint.

  • Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst or similar role, with hands-on expertise in configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance & Goals, or Learning modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Administration and familiarity with SAP HCM modules is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Travis County is a member of the Texas County & District Retirement System with mandatory participation by certain classes of employees. Matching of two hundred twenty-five (225%) and a seven percent (7%) of the gross salary is deducted each pay period. An employee is fully vested after eight years of service. Benefits are prorated for part-time employees.Sick Leave
Regular employees earn sick leave at a rate of eight hours per month with unlimited accrual during employment. Part-time employees earn sick leave on a pro-rated basis.Parental Leave
Each Full-time Paid Parental Leave Eligible (PPL) Employee is entitled to a total of 320 hours of Paid Parental Leave in a 12 month period. Paid Parental Leave for Part-time PPL Eligible Employees is prorated based on the number of hours that they are regularly scheduled to work.Tuition Refund
