- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.) to align with business processes and best practices.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, empowering them to utilize SAP SuccessFactors effectively.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a business related field.
- Three years of hands-on experience either working with SAP or SuccessFactors or configuring/supporting from a systems standpoint.
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst or similar role, with hands-on expertise in configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance & Goals, or Learning modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Administration and familiarity with SAP HCM modules is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to telework; this is primarily a remote position though you will need to attend occasional mandatory on-site meetings.

Travis County is a member of the Texas County & District Retirement System with mandatory participation by certain classes of employees. Matching of two hundred twenty-five (225%) and a seven percent (7%) of the gross salary is deducted each pay period. An employee is fully vested after eight years of service. Benefits are prorated for part-time employees.Sick Leave
Regular employees earn sick leave at a rate of eight hours per month with unlimited accrual during employment. Part-time employees earn sick leave on a pro-rated basis.Parental Leave
Each Full-time Paid Parental Leave Eligible (PPL) Employee is entitled to a total of 320 hours of Paid Parental Leave in a 12 month period. Paid Parental Leave for Part-time PPL Eligible Employees is prorated based on the number of hours that they are regularly scheduled to work.Tuition Refund
