We have been building stronger families since 1869 and today we work with more than 60,000 families in over 150 community-based services, as well as supporting thousands more through national programmes and grants.As a BOSS Caseworker, you will work directly with children who are displaying distressed behaviour and act as a point of contact for schools providing advice and guidance. You will work as part of a team to ensure BOSS provide a responsive, consistent service across Lincolnshire.We are looking to recruit a motivated and passionate caseworker for our countywide team.Your impactWorking closely with schools and families you will coproduce bespoke support plans for schools and pupils to support managing distressed behaviours. You will deliver a range of training packages to support schools and parents to effectively support children and young people. You will actively contribute to the Inclusive Lincolnshire Strategy to promote inclusion and reduce permanent exclusions in Lincolnshire.Your skillsYou will bring your knowledge and experience of working with pupils with distressed behaviours, supporting school staff and be confident in delivering training and coaching.
