Up to £28,000 + Excellent ProspectsCV Screen is recruiting for a Service Advisor for a well-established car dealership company. The role is Watford based and a salary of up to £28,000 is available.ROLE DETAILS
Your role as a Service Advisor will see you assist the Technical Manager in ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the Service and Storage Departments.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- To be the customer main point of contact on all service work- Raise job cards for technicians and consult with the workshop for all work required to be carried out, giving details for expected completion dates- Responsible for sending out MOT and service reminders to all customers- To maintain the integrity of data on the DMS- Scheduling service work to be completed in a timely manner- Estimating time and costs associated with repairs- Tracking vehicles through the workshop- The ability to gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understandREQUIRED SKILLSThe Service Advisor will have the majority of the following experience:- Previous experience working as a Service Advisor for a car dealership- Technical Understanding of vehicles and all components- Qualification in the automotive field would be desirable- Full UK Driving LicenceSALARY:
Basic salary up to £28,000
