Rate of pay: £14.00 to £16.00 per hourPlatinum Recruitment are supporting Probation House in the Ipswich area who are looking for a Chef to assist them on a permanent basis. The site is home to ex-offenders, so you will be making a positive impact to their lives every day. An enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role.Duties to include:

Lead the kitchen facilities and plan all meals & assist with prep
Order supplies and keep records of spending and compliance
Monitor sanitation practices ensuring to follow standards and regulations
Prepare, produce and present food in volume for a small group of residents
Be capable of working alone, but able to communicate well
Keep Health and Safety at the heart of what you’re doing

Package:

Your working days would be Mondays & Tuesday for 6 hours per day.
Your pay during the onboarding period will be £14.00 per hour. Once the onboarding has been completed your pay will increase to £16.00 per hour.
