As a Relieving Clinical Services Manager, you will lead and empower clinical staff based within our facilities nationwide to develop and monitor care plans, clinical assessments, and trusted liaisons between families, GPs, and other networks. This role will lead you to empower and grow others while elevating your own professional development. This is a great opportunity to meet and learn from our leaders and provide support and guidance to our clinical teams.   • Flexibility to travel throughout New Zealand.
  • Current NZ Registered Nurse Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Extensive experience and knowledge within the Aged Care industry
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, and developing others
  • Sound written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and prioritising skills
  • InterRai training, E-case, and medimap experience desirable
  • Dementia Care experience will be an added advantage
