- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of clients' requirements and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Key Accounts Manager to devise and execute account strategies.
- Exceed sales targets for designated key accounts.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Work with the sales team to meet departmental KPIs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Offer insights and suggestions to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management.
- Support the Key Account manager in generating accurate sales forecasts and contributing to budget planning.
- Address and resolve key account issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing customer needs.
- Experience in FMCG in a similar role would be considered an asset
- Have a proactive, strategic, and customer-centric approach.
- Excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
