- Overseeing of all digital marketing through the above areas
- Ensuring the business remains on target from an ROI and customer acquisition perspective, globally
- Provide recommendations to the SLT in terms of strategy and direction
- Curate and build a streamlined digital structure, driving excellence in your peer set
- Working with data teams to revise reporting structure, and ensure cohesive measurement
- Drive change, think outside the box and be a first-class leader for your department and your team
- Work with partners globally to drive opportunity and growth
- You’re relentlessly analytical, a perfectionist that’s self-motivated and willing to drive through change
- You’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Head of Digital/Head of Performance Marketing or similar for a large ecommerce business
- You’ll have strong team management experience and be considered a leader in your area
